What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Finance Manager’s knowledge, skills and personal qualities include, but are not limited to:
• Several years of relevant experience in organizational financial management
• Able to work remotely as part of a small-sized non-profit global organization
• Embrace the vision, mission, and core values of KATALYST        
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, requiring minimal oversite
• Have an education in accounting

Here's What You'll Deliver:

• Oversee all general accounting operations, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and adherence to all financial and related policies
• Ensure KATALYST has effective and efficient financial systems, as a Not For Profit Corporation and take the lead in day-to-day financial activities for KATALYST
• Complete month-end reporting, reconciliation of accounts and adjustments and detailed variance analysis and funder reports
• Process donations and allocate accordingly
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to support the Executive Director and Board to enable fulfillment of their respective duties

The role affords an opportunity to regularly interact with our partners around the world

This role impacts the physical and spiritual wellbeing of hundreds of people around the world. Pastor families in Africa are becoming self-supported, young people in India are being educated and women in the Philippines are being supported with midwives. To support this ministry, we need a Finance Manager. This role makes a global difference! 

By being able to work remotely, this position affords geographical and schedule flexibility.
