Job Description: The beach, marina, and recreation amenities are where our guests can relax, have fun and enjoy being in Muskoka!

Marina Supervisors will work with the Marina manager, as well as several staff members, to ensure that marina activities are managed with safety, professionalism, and exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include: boat driving, guest service, administrative responsibilities, boat slip monitoring, clearing the beach, maintaining marina and sports venues.

The ideal Core candidates will be self-directed, detail-oriented, have the desire/ability to motivate and lead others, and be able to handle administrative duties.

Must be at least 18; Boating License and First Aid CPR C required; ORCKA Canoeing/Kayaking experience and Bronze Cross/NLS an asset.

Muskoka Bible Centre's seasonal staff participate in Stepping Stones, a 2-4 month residential discipleship experience, which aims to bring youth towards maturity in Christ by Renewing their relationship with God, Connecting them to a healthy community, and Equipping them to do God's work. We recruit 100 + youth (15-25 yrs) for our spring/summer program. We provide life-changing experiences through practical service work, intentional training, leadership development and an encouraging community of believers. It is our hope to build up a new generation of God-directed leaders and equip all participants to actively serve the Lord in their home communities.
