Position Description

Utilizing exemplary telephone communication skills, the successful candidate will call on and communicate with other network associates, set appointments, and communicate results with our  team.

Credentials & Experience

  • Education – College degree or equivalent experience. Recent college graduates welcome.
  • Must be comfortable speaking on the telephone
  • Must be a results oriented self-starter

Desired Skills

  • A candidate must possess very good organizational and time management skills. They must enjoy communicating with industry professionals and executives.
  • They must demonstrate a professional image through speech, grammar, demeanor and attire.
  • The ideal candidate is able to “think on their feet” and remain poised during interaction.
  • They must be able to absorb and retain industry knowledge.
  • They must be trainable & coachable, and must be able to operate a digital or computer based dialing system.
  • The candidate must possess standard computer skills, general knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook and the ability to learn a custom database.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering phone calls and keeping daily phone logs
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendar
  • Handle various administrative duties in the office
  • Organize and compile monthly expense reports
  • Schedule Hosts on programs working with the production team
  • Update Production team on schedules, directions and deliverables
  • Process the paperwork for confirmed licenses

Qualifications:

  • Must love Christian Television!
  • Must have a great overall attitude and excited to work in music
  • Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
  • Team player with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to handle high volume of transactions and interact with various departments
  • Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manor; excellent problem solver
  • Ability to use analytical thought process to make fast paced decisions
  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of employees including Management and Hosts/Writers
  • Must stay up to date with current Television industry trends
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • College Degree preferred
