Weekly administrative tasks attributed to the daily operations of a registered charity. This includes but is not limited to:
- filing the ongoing & necessary paperwork, correctly and on time, for Incorporation Services and Canada Revenue Agency.
- monthly payroll
- tax receipting
- EI & workers compensation filing
- depositing, monthly financial statements, etc.
The position is currently part-time but will evenutally become full time as the organization reopens and expands.
Wage is currently paid by the hour for hours worked with room for increase as responsibilities increase.
