  • To assist The Salvation Army Ottawa Citadel to achieve its fundraising objectives for the 2018 Christmas Kettle Campaign
  • Work in cooperation with the Christmas Kettle Coordinator/Corps Officers
  • Ensure Kettle site is monitored and kept secure in accordance with the kettle guidelines
  • Interact with donors and passersby and gratefully acknowledging receipt of donations
  • Various locations in the Ottawa Citadel area


  • Ability to represent The Salvation Army in a positive and professional manner in the community
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be motivated to work with the public
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Able to provide own transportation to work location

HOURS: Required to work flexible shifts which includes days, evenings and weekends

SALARY: $14.00 per hour
