About the organization:

World Impact Gospel Seminary is a subsidiary of The World Impact Ministries Inc., a registered Canadian charity in the province of Ontario, with a commitment to prepare Christian leaders for Gospel Ministry.

Job Description

  • Co-ordinate with the Board on the various aspects of the seminary including,
    • Reporting
    • Creation of curricula, Academic Calendar, Coursework
    • Programs & Budgets
  • Work closely with faculty and administration, with an overall responsibility for Student Enrolment, Admission and Complaint handling
  • Liaison with government for program updates and compliance
  • Be responsible for publications and materials produced
  • Ensure the efficient functioning of the Seminary including
    • Recruitment & Training of staff
    • Vendor Management
  • Setup process and systems for all departments including evaluation of students and secure maintenance of such records.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate university/seminary degree.
  • Bible school certificate/degree is an asset.

Experience:

Minimum three years of related senior management experience.

Skills:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.

Other:

Problem-solving skills; commitment to Gospel Advancement and outreach; capacity to work with and motivate multiple stakeholders; administrative and organizational skills; excellent research skills; ability to work independently and in a team; flexibility in work hours, including some evenings and weekends; and ability to travel to partner bible schools.
