Position Description

Program

The Worldview Leadership Camp is a one-week intensive training program for students aged 14 to 18 to help equip them to defend their Christian faith in the midst of the intellectual and practical challenges of our culture, to apply God’s Word to every sphere of life, and to direct their lives towards building a culture that loves and honours Jesus Christ. This program runs from June 30 - July 6 and August 18 - 24.

Position

As a WLC Summer Staff, you will be in the position to powerfully serve and impact the students attending the conference. We entrust all staff to intentionally speak Christ’s truth into the students and to embody his teaching in whatever capacity that may look like.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Team player
  • Quick to learn new tasks
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Eagerness to serve in any capacity
  • Recognition of the importance of the role

Primary Responsibilities

  • Carry out assigned tasks in food preparation, service and clean up
  • Be alert and aware of food allergies
  • Keep an inventory of food and supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining room
  • Maintain a team atmosphere
  • Be willing to perform other tasks as required
