Plan to Protect an internationally recognized abuse prevention and vulnerable sector protection consulting organization is looking for an Assistant to the Director of Training.  This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a role where they can use their gifts and talents in administration and organization. If you crave meaningful work, the role of Assistant to the Director of Training provides the candidate an opportunity to assist the Director of Training and organizations/churches to achieve the HIGHEST standard of abuse prevention and protection.  We are a small company with huge impact and potential. Our staff team of 10, our 30 National Trainers, and 7,5000+ clients all love what we do and together we protect thousands of children, youth and vulnerable adults. 



  • Admin Support to Director of Training (including data entry, scheduling, booking events, etc.)
  • Backend support for webinars on GoToWebinar (occasional evenings and weekends required)
  • Scheduling practicums with students
  • Registration and follow up for training events
  • Provides support, coordination and overseeing online certification students
  • Follow-up phone calls on training opportunities and sales
  • Assists with marketing of training events
  • Assists with updating of website
  • Communication with National Trainers, Certified Trainers and Licensed Trainers
  • Sending reminder postcards and emails out that certification is expiring
  • Attending staff meetings
  • Coordinating/planning on-site training events
  • Assembles training materials for on-site
  • Assists the Director of Training, ensuring training materials are professional, consistent and up-to-date.
  • Maintains inventory for training
  • Assists with marking assignments (once trained and certified)
  • Works with priorities identified by the Director of Training
  • Complies with company policies
  • Other duties as assigned
