Position Description

At Plan to Protect®, our mandate is to provide the tools, training and momentum to assist churches and organizations in providing protection and abuse prevention. 

The candidate will work as part of our training team providing on-line training support to our clients and Registrar for our courses. 

This is a part-time, three-month contract with the possibility of it extending to a full-time, permanent position.  

Location of work: Office in Stouffville. 

Reports to: Director of Training

Responsibilities:

  • On-Line Training Registrar and Support
  • Registrar for all On-line training www.plantoprotectschool.com
  • Ensures training is captured in SalesForce (Information Management System)
  • Provides technical support to clients for on-line training both on the phone and by email
  • Provides training options and solutions to clients on the phone
  • Assists with GoToWebinar support
  • Pulls monthly report for management
  • Responds to client inquiries and requests for on-line training reports
  • Assists the Director of Training by building on-line courses for customized training
  • Follows up on sales opportunities and memberships?
  • Helps to brainstorm ways to increase sales of On-line Training
  • Attends staff meetings and/or regional meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
