Position Description

Christian Fellowship Church (CFC) is a non-denominational Church that is based on the Bible and its teachings. The Church vision is to be multi-generational, disciple-making, edifying, and unified. The mission of the Church is to fulfill the Great Commission and to live according to God’s commandments. More information about the Church can be found at

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that would focus on reaching youth and young families in the neighbourhood.


  • Theological education: Bachelors or above from an accredited Bible university/seminary
  • Agreement with CFC’s statement of faith, vision, and mission
  • Called by God to the ministry to work with youth and young families
  • Has a proven track record of demonstrating the gift of evangelism
  • Clear police criminal record check
  • Ability to legally work in Canada
  • Fluent in English


  • Relational style of leadership, outreach, and ministry
  • Ability to motivate people to serve God
  • Effective interpersonal skills with youth and young families
  • Strong administrative, communication, and leadership skills
  • Able to work in teams and independently


  • Participate in the Church life of CFC, including Sunday worship services
  • Develop strategies for outreach and discipleship for children, youth, and young families
  • Disciple people individually and in group setting
  • Plan and lead children, youth, and young family programs and events
  • Organize and lead events for the community and families
  • Keep Church social media up to date and aligned with current technology
  • Assisting with preparation of weekly worship service bulletins and monthly event calendars
  • Assist with weekly worship service preparation and coordination
  • Preach as required
  • Report to and work under the guidance of the Senior Pastor and Board
  • Perform other duties as assigned
