Located in Beaverton, Ontario, Canada, Fair Havens Ministries is a Christian, non-profit organization composed of a Summer Family Camp, Retreat Centre, Outdoor Christian Education Centre, as well as a Youth Discipleship Program called Stepping Stones.

The Stepping Stones Discipleship Program is a year-round intentional Staffing Program for youth and young adults (ages 15-25).

Job Summary

A big joy at Fair Havens is bringing people together to experience a good time. We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual who can work well with both young and old. Experience in leading and coordinating others is a great asset.  You will ensure that the sports and events programming have the necessary equipment and leaders and go off without a hitch. You are a motivated and capable individual. This is a great role for one that ‘Can Bring the Fun’ and has a vision, energy and excitement, while staying organized and focused on the family guest experience. This individual will be overseeing our Merry Heart Show (a comedic family fun event) involving skits, videos and slideshows. Your responsibilities will include organizing teams for sports activities, assisting with the Family Carnival event, working with different media types (video/slideshows/posters etc.), shifts at the Boathouse and leading weekly morning meetings. First Aid, CPR & AED is required for this role.
