Located in Beaverton, Ontario, Canada, Fair Havens Ministries is a Christian, non-profit organization composed of a Summer Family Camp, Retreat Centre, Outdoor Christian Education Centre, as well as a Youth Discipleship Program called Stepping Stones.
The Stepping Stones Discipleship Program is a year-round intentional Staffing Program for youth and young adults (ages 15-25).
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual who can competently manage the affairs of the outdoor swimming pool including training and evaluating, scheduling and supervising the lifeguards. This individual will also be involved in the ordering, distribution and maintenance of first aid and pool related supplies on campus. When appropriate, this individual would assist with the daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool which are also the responsibilities of the Assistant Head Lifeguard(s).
During the Spring, this responsible leader will plan and update our missing child search protocol and train our Stepping Stones Staff. Communication with the pool health and safety inspector may be required. NLS and Life Saving Society Swim Instructors certification is required as is previous pool maintenance and supervisory experience.
