Position Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrate school-related tasks
  • Handle student inquiries
  • Register classes for students
  • Provide customer care to students and parents
  • Manage classrooms, school supplies and facilities
  • Organize office files
  • Organize school events

Qualifications

  • University or College
  • 1 year+ office admin and customer service experience
  • Able to carry through tasks from beginning to end
  • Capable of working independently with school objectives in mind
  • Skilled to manage customer expectations ad relationship
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in English and Chinese speaking (流利中英文)
  • Quick leaning capability and eager to learn
  • Sales experience is a plus
