Position Description

Atwell Centre: Pregnancy Options Support is a Christian agency that assists women and men facing unexpected pregnancies and post-abortion realities, while promoting sexual health. We educate, inform, support with care and give practical assistance to individuals as they face these important decisions. 

Position Overview

Reporting to the Centre Operations Director, the Centre Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for managing the marketing and centre engagement for centre clients and partnering community organizations. This may include but not be limited to: social media, graphic design, creative communications, website design, creation of marketing materials, branding, volunteer engagement, community engagement, and other duties, depending on the needs of Atwell at the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage website content, online communications and social media accounts, posts and reviews.
  • Manage continuity of communication across all platforms
  • Help implement direct marketing campaigns for clients, and community partners, including email, websites, online advertisements, social media, and newsletters.
  • Seek and build relationships with new community partners
  • Help implement awareness campaigns for clients and community partners
  • Assist in the marketing and creative communication of centre engagement events
  • Manage client ambassadors

    • Community Outreach

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-year Business Administration diploma, Marketing Diploma Preferred
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in marketing or in a related field.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Social media and digital marketing skills
  • Strong Adobe Suite skills
  • Strong understanding of WordPress
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
