Position Description

The Director of Creative Communications (DCC) will set and guide the strategy for all creative digital communications, website, video, streaming, technical and related functions to help communicate the vision, mission & ministries of Brant Community Church and to attract new people to checking out BCC either online or in person. They will help create a new appealing “digital front lobby” and will lead our weekend services in creativity using innovative ideas and approaches.


  • Graphic design & brand management design all art and promotional materials related to church-wide activities with a high standard of creativity, excellence and effectiveness.
  • Creatively tell stories through filming and editing.
  • Create online and “in person” course material for the various ministries of BCC.
  • Lead all efforts related to the continual development and updating of the BCC website and mobile app.
  • Manage ongoing social media messaging and communication strategies.
  • Develop creative ways to communicate desired messages during Sunday gatherings
  • Create communication strategies to market, inform, and promote teaching series, big events and other campaigns.
  • Develop system to organize, prioritize and communicate promotional items related to BCC.


  • A alignment with BCC’s theological, philosophical, mission and vision statements.
  • Understanding of Creative Suite software, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Proficient in Video Production software such a Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere.
  • Proven ability to take projects from beginning to end.
  • Organized, creative thinker and highly productive, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A risk taking, flexible, self-motivated, results-oriented, independent worker with the leadership skills necessary to engage, lead and innovate in a young and growing church.
  • A college diploma in a related field would be an advantage.
  • A commitment to growing as a follower of Jesus.
  • A commitment to putting family before ministry.
  • A commitment to building God’s kingdom.
