Position Description
TIME COMMITMENT: Full Time, 37.5 hours weekly
DURATION: Permanent
LOCATION: Office located in Grimsby, Ontario; Hybrid

By strategically building extraordinary international partnerships with national ministries in over 40 countries, equipping local believers through Bible-centric discipleship programs to become champions for the Gospel, committed to reaching their own communities with the Living Word of God.
Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Marketing Project Manager, the Marketing Project Coordinator will assist the Marketing Project Manager with administrative and marketing functions. The incumbent should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities.
Specific responsibilities within the above areas include:
Project Coordination:
- Create and update Marketing projects in real-time as information changes.
- Track project progress and record milestone completion.
- Support Marketing Team with task completion.
Marketing Administration:
- Prepare documentation for appeal printing.
- Submit campaign code requests and mail list requests.
Reporting:
- Prepare donor reports for donations over $5,000 and Foundations gifts.
- Collate Development Team collateral such as talking points, project summaries and thank you language.
Meeting Facilitation:
- Schedule Marketing meetings and offer communication support.
- Meeting facilitation support.
File Management:
- Maintain and update Marketing file storage including Sharepoint, Asana, Dropbox, Content Hub
- Enforce file naming conventions
- Other duties as specified when required.
Education and professional accreditation:
Education must include a Community College Certificate. Preference given to project management course completion.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting
- Experience and proven abilities in providing administrative support to internal & external stakeholders
- Experience in a non-profit organization is an asset
Technical Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Asana work management platform and Adobe InDesign an asset
Interpersonal Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Knowledge of and a passion for Bible League Canada and its work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions, shifting priorities
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and work well in a busy environment
- Proven ability to handle confidential information
Required Commitment:
- Follower of Jesus Christ who wholeheartedly subscribes to Bible League Canada’s faith and lifestyle policy documents
- Knowledge of and a passion for Bible League Canada and its work
- In fulfilling your responsibilities, you will be required to pray for and minister to people who contact Bible League Canada either in person, or by phone or other electronic communication, in general inquiries, at conferences and events or fundraising activities
