The Human Resources Manager is a key part of this important work as they are responsible for the effective management of the daily functions and strategic elements of the HR department.  This full time position plays a crucial role in building, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's human resources by leading the HR staff team in providing expertise in all functional areas of human resources.  This role ensures the organization has the structure, culture and talent needed to deliver on strategic objectives.  This role also oversees volunteer management.
