Position Description

Forest City Bible Church is seeking expressions of interest for a suitable person to join our ministry team in the role of Worship Coordinator.

We are a small, evangelical Church in North-West London ON, affiliated with the Associated Gospel Churches of Canada (AGC). Our vision as a Church is to glorify God by making disciples. We seek to do this through Bible-based, Christ-centred ministry that effectively and clearly communicates the gospel.

We are currently seeking someone to work with our Lead Pastor in giving oversight and direction to our music ministry. The applicant should value gospel-centred ministry, be musically gifted, and be committed to leading theologically rich worship which magnifies the greatness of God.

We are seeking applicants who:

• Demonstrate the biblical qualities of a servant-leader.
• Are passionate about the gospel.
• Are musically gifted with experience leading Church worship.
• Have the ability to work well with others.

The Worship Coordinator will be accountable to the Lead Pastor and through him, the Eldership. The position is part-time, approximately 8-16 hours per week, depending on the needs and suitability of the candidate and the fit with the church. We envision the applicant will be working full or part-time outside the Church, but have some additional scope to undertake this role and help serve in our music ministry.
