Position Description

TriCity Church is currently looking for a full-time Minister of Youth to lead our Youth Ministry (approx. 50 youth, Gr. 6-12).

• The ideal candidate must have a passion for the gospel as well as clearly teaching and applying it into the lives of our youth.
• They must desire, in prayerful reliance, to come alongside our families to help equip both our youth and youth leaders for the work of ministry.
• They must be excited about connecting with youth and seeing them grow into passionate disciple-making followers of Christ.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working with / teaching youth and have strong administrative and communication skills.
