Position Description
Listowel Christian School is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Principal. This role combines the strategic responsibilities of a COO with the educational leadership of a Principal. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Christian education, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of LCS.
Listowel Christian School (LCS) is a vibrant and nurturing Christian educational community dedicated to providing a Christ-centered education. Staff and parents partner on a journey to “educate children, while nurturing their faith in Christ, to interpret and impact God’s world (LCS Purpose Statement). Listowel Christian School is comprised of a wonderfully supportive community consisting of 160 students, 20 staff members, and 85 families.
It is an exciting time in our school's history as we experience growth and strong commitment in our community for Christian education and as we celebrate our 50th anniversary. With a move to a newer facility five years ago, we have capacity to increase our enrollment and partner with even more families as we seek to help students grow into the image bearers they are called to be.
