Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau, we specialize in summer camp, school trips, group retreats and leadership development for all ages. We exist to inspire youth to shape their world.

The Role:  Guest Services Coordinator

Reporting to our Director of Schools & Groups, the Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for providing world-class customer service to our year-round programs through the effective management and administration of all guest interactions, developing and managing all guest services systems and programs, as well as creating genuine relationships with our guests.

The main focus of this position is to coordinate with each guest group and develop the itinerary for their trip to Muskoka Woods.
