Position Description

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Youth Pastor to lead, inspire, and disciple our young people. The ideal candidate will have a heart for youth ministry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create engaging programs that foster spiritual growth and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor youth in their spiritual journey
• Plan and facilitate youth events , Bible studies, and outreach activities
• Build relationships with students, families, and volunteers
• Provide pastoral care and counselling for youth

Qualifications:

• Strong faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to the mission of the church
• Previous experience in youth ministry or working with young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
