Position Description
This is a temporary three-month contract position with potential to be permanent.
Salary: Up to $60,000 per year.
Our company will be hiring an office administrator to conduct general day to day office administration duties, customer service duties, managing of CRM & databases, completing quotes and work orders, managing and following up on completed jobs for a facilities management company located in central Toronto. Driver's licence would be beneficial, as well as experience with CRM programs and social media, MS Programs/Word/Excel/PowerPoint. The candidate should have excellent customer service skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly office environment, working independently.
