The Role:  Summer Spiritual Development Manager

Reporting to our Summer Camp Director, The Summer Spiritual Development Manager is responsible for the strategy, content and delivery of all spiritual development initiatives for the guests and seasonal staff of the summer camp, including year-round follow-up of summer staff on university campuses. Using the LivEx-4Gs and guest spiritual aspirations as a framework, this role focuses on creating an environment for guests and staff to experience our calling as a living exhibition of life with God. They will manage all aspects of the spiritual development programming, including the training and leadership of all seasonal staff and year-round volunteers, who are recruited to work in these initiatives.

Muskoka Woods hires over 350 summer staff and welcomes over 4000 guests every Summer. With a mission to develop leaders and inspire youth to shape their world, Muskoka Woods continues to be an industry leader in the development of both staff and guests.
