ABOUT

Simonhouse Bible Camp is located in northern Manitoba just across the border from Saskatchewan and ministers to many, many towns and indigenous communities.  Simonhouse ministers in an area with few churches. 80% of our campers have little to no church influence in their lives and a large number come from foster homes. For our campers, camp may be the only place they hear the name of Jesus! Will you help us tell them?

DESCRIPTION

Being a Cabin Leader here is a lot of fun and a lot of work. Your responsibility is to look after a cabin of up to eight kids (with help from a LIT), run a skill, and help mentor your LIT with your knowledge and experience. Cabin leading is a busy but rewarding experience as you get to take a week to invest into lives.  Your summer will be life changing for the campers and probably for you as well! Remuneration includes honorarium and may also qualify for the Missions Assistance Program or a government grant.
