Role Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services. Your role is to identify client needs, nurture leads, and drive conversions, ensuring that potential clients fully understand the value of our services. This is an in-person position at our Vaughan, ON office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Conduct client discovery calls and review submitted information to assess client needs.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of Charity Fuel’s services and guide potential clients through the decision-making process.
• Drive conversions by effectively handling objections and addressing concerns to encourage commitment.
• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Update client profiles in our client management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Work collaboratively with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a client-first approach.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or nonprofit consulting is a plus.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to identify client pain points and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM software and sales automation tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Must be able to work on-site at our Vaughan, ON office.
