The Campus Operations Team at Trinity is looking to hire an individual with a passion for leadership and organizational excellence. We are looking for someone who thrives in strategy, enjoys problem-solving, and can adapt to changing needs throughout the year. In this position, you will report to the Lead Pastor and collaborate with the Directional Leadership Team to ensure that Trinity’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. From overseeing strategic planning to managing day-to-day campus operations, you will play a crucial role in executing our vision and mission with excellence.
