Position Description

Evergreen Education is a private elementary school dedicated to fostering a love of learning through outdoor education, emotional intelligence, and mastery-based learning. We emphasize hands-on, play-based experiences and ensuring each child thrives emotionally, socially, and academically. We are passionate about providing a unique learning experience for children that prepares them for life’s challenges and adventures.

We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and energetic teacher (OCT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will embrace our commitment to outdoor education, social-emotional development, and mastery-based learning. The position is a 10 month permanent contract from the end of August to the End of June, which will be revisited at the end of each school year to renegotiate salary. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm (35 hours/week). The salary is commensurate with experience.
