Who We are

Living Waters Christian Academy (LWCA) is a K-12 independent, Christian school in Spruce Grove, Alberta. LWCA is dedicated to providing a Christ-centered, Bible-based education. The academy emphasizes academic excellence, character development, and passionate service, aiming to equip students with a Christian worldview to positively impact their world. Beyond academics, we offer a range of programs, including sports, music, and mission trips, fostering holistic growth in a supportive and nurturing environment.

We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• A post-graduate degree in a relevant field of education or leadership
• 5+ Years experience in a teaching role
• 5+ years experience in a leadership role
• Possess or be eligible to receive an Alberta Teaching Certificate
• Possess or be eligible to receive an Alberta Leadership Certificate
• Proven experience in leadership, communication, and financial management
• Understanding and affirmation of the Statement of Faith (Link to Statement of Faith on Website)
