Position Description
Academic Rank:
Tenure-track faculty position as an Assistant Professor (higher rank may be considered based on experience and qualifications).
Salary & Benefits:
Based on education and experience per the Crandall University Faculty Handbook. (Salary range from $66,900 – $111,850). Includes a generous benefit package.

Qualifications:
A PhD, DBA, or equivalent graduate degree in a business discipline-related area. Doctoral candidates (ABD) who are near completion of their degree may also be considered. CPHR designation will be an asset.
Particulars of the Position:
Crandall University seeks a dynamic and committed faculty member who demonstrates a clear commitment to Crandall University’s mission and Statement of Faith, integrating Christian principles into their teaching, scholarship, and service. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a broad range of business courses, including but not limited to Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, Ethics, Change Management, Strategy, Diversity Management, etc.
Teaching Load:
Six 3-credit semester courses per year under a tri-semester system or equivalent.
Other Duties:
Faculty are expected to be involved in service to the university which may include serving as academic advisors to a group of students, and functioning on at least one university committee. A service role toward their church and community is expected according to their gifts and interests.
