Position Description

The Great Commission Foundation is seeking a mission-aligned IT Director to lead its digital transformation and strengthen ministry impact. In this newly created leadership role, you’ll oversee our Systems & Technology team, drive innovation, and ensure secure, scalable tech infrastructure to support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team
• Develop and implement a strategic tech roadmap
• Oversee IT procurement, budgeting, and risk management
• Lead digital transformation and cross-functional tech initiatives
• Take part in the leadership and spiritual mentorship of team members

Who Are You:

• 8–10 years of IT leadership experience within the business sector
• Experienced in systems implementation, infrastructure, and team development
• Strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution
• Deeply aligned with our faith-driven mission
