Position Description

The Golden Hills School Division invites applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) interim teacher at Trinity Christian Academy in Strathmore, AB for the 2025/2026 school year. The teaching assignment is for Kindergarten.

Trinity Christian Academy (K – 9) is an alternative Christian school located 25 minutes from the Calgary city limits, in the Golden Hills School Division. Applications are sought from teachers who have demonstrated excellence in their teaching and who have who have the ability to carry out their job duties according to the vision, mission, and values of Trinity Christian Academy. References that demonstrate the candidate's suitability for this position are encouraged.

The successful candidate will demonstrate innovative teaching skills including learning design that ensures high student engagement, critical thinking skills, inquiry, and the use of technology as a learning tool.
