Are you a visionary Christian leader with a heart for people and a passion for life-affirming ministry? As Executive Director of Atwell Centre, you’ll have the rare opportunity to lead a Christ-centred organization that brings hope, healing, and holistic care to those facing unexpected pregnancies and sexual health challenges. This role calls for a courageous and compassionate leader—someone who can set strategic direction, cultivate a thriving team culture, steward resources wisely, cultivate major donor relationships, and represent Atwell’s mission with conviction in the church, community, and public sphere.
Join a Transformational Community Impact Organization
For over a decade, Atwell has been redefining community care in Hamilton and Oakville, creating a sanctuary where dignity and compassion flourish for everyone who walks through their doors. Atwell believes true community happens when people are valued as the unique, precious individuals they were created to be.
Atwell’s Distinguished Approach. What sets Atwell apart is the client-centered, holistic methodology that reflects Christ’s love and compassion, creating genuine, lasting transformation. Atwell’s comprehensive medical, educational, and social services reflect a depth of care that touches not only clients' lives but everyone who encounters Atwell’s mission. In a world yearning for authentic connection and purpose, Atwell stands as a beacon of hope—boldly demonstrating the timeless values of Christian faith while building sustainable, generational impact.
A Compelling Vision. Atwell envisions a society where no one faces life's most challenging moments alone—whether navigating unexpected pregnancy, sexual health concerns, or post-abortion experiences. This powerful vision drives Atwell’s mission to provide comprehensive support through expert education, vital information, practical resources, and genuine emotional care for both women and men.
Foundation of Excellence. Every aspect of Atwell’s work reflects the compassion of Jesus Christ, anchored in the profound belief that all human beings possess inherent dignity and worth and are made in the image of God.
