Position Description

Little Trinity Church is seeking to hire a fulltime Pastor of Discipleship beginning September 1st, 2025. Little Trinity is an incredibly diverse community, as the over six hundred people who call Little Trinity home come from various faith backgrounds and walks of life. Little Trinity’s vision is to: Love God, Grow Together, and Serve Our World.

Ministry Responsibilities of this role would include:

• Welcoming and integrating newcomers into the life of discipleship at Little T
• Supporting the discipleship ministries of Little Trinity
• Integrating into the pastoral team at Little Trinity

Some Qualifications of the candidate would include:

• A personal commitment to and passion for Jesus and trust in the authority of Scripture
• A biblical & missional worldview
• A heart for evangelism and discipleship
• Prayerful, open to the working of the Holy Spirit
• The ability to work well in a team
• A self-starter – creatively explores/researches/begins ventures within the purview of their portfolio
