Position Description

Knox Christian School is inviting applications for a full-time and/or supply Personal Support Workers. The successful candidates will provide direct services to assigned students, including but not limited to: educational, social integration, personal care such as eating, dressing, washroom, and behaviour shaping.

This person will have a warm and approachable demeanor that builds rapport with students and staff while maintaining professionalism at all times. Effective communication and confidentiality is vital. Possessing a personal standard of excellence will be brought to the workplace in the forms of punctuality, attire, professionalism, appropriate responses to feedback, and completion of and quality of work. Above all, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ will be demonstrated and is paramount.

Preference will be given to candidates who have credentials and experience in education and personal support work (DSW, PSW, etc.)
