Riskophia is a Christian-led, mission-driven startup helping healthcare providers, healthtech startups, and long-term care homes stay compliant with ever-changing regulations through a people-first, AI-powered platform.

We believe compliance is more than a checkbox—it’s a calling. We’re building a culture of integrity, stewardship, and excellence. Our official launch is set for Fall 2025, and we’re seeking a Growth Lead to help us drive adoption, momentum, and paid customer acquisition as we scale.

Who We’re Looking For

We are prayerfully seeking a Growth Lead who is not only gifted in client acquisition and go-to-market execution but also grounded in biblical values and a deep sense of ownership. You're not just a strategist—you’re a closer and a builder. Once you understand the vision, you know how to reach customers, book demos, and convert them into committed clients.

This role begins as a part-time, individual contributor (25 hours/week) and is expected to become a full-time leadership position before the end of 2025. It is an equity-based role with performance-driven bonuses tied directly to paid customer signups.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

  • Design and run outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, outbound calls, partnerships, paid ads, content)
  • Drive real results: generate high-quality leads, book product demos, and convert leads into paying clients
  • Test and optimize messaging and channels to accelerate adoption and reduce acquisition costs

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Strategically launch new features and offerings
  • Shape messaging and positioning for healthcare providers and startup leaders
  • Collaborate with the founder and operations team to activate strategy

Metrics-Driven Growth

Own and track growth metrics including:

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): The cost to acquire each new paying customer
  • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs): Leads that show interest and potential to convert
  • Demo Signups: Prospects who book product walkthroughs
  • Conversion Rates: The percentage of leads that become paying clients

Report on performance and build repeatable systems and playbooks

Partnership & Strategic Outreach

  • Represent Riskophia to accelerators, incubators, healthcare networks, and values-aligned organizations
  • Identify and develop strategic growth partnerships
  • Support our presence in faith-based and industry events or communities

  • Lead yourself with clarity, consistency, and humility
  • Demonstrate a servant leadership approach that reflects biblical values
  • Prepare to hire, lead, and grow a small, high-performing growth team
  • Help shape our internal culture as one marked by results, faith, and stewardship
