Husband & Wife Team: Facilities & Program
Reports to: Executive Director
Position Term: Full-time
Location: Based in Belleville, Ontario

For over thirty years New Life has been helping women leave their life controlling problems by restoring dignity and promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional healing through its in-residence Christian discipleship program. Addiction and associated life-controlling problems are addressed as residents work towards recovery in a supportive, tight-knit community. Graduates have gone on to thriving careers in ministry, administration, counseling, community leadership, with many starting their own families.

Under the leadership of the Executive Director, New Life has cast a bold vision to build a new campus featuring modern facilities in an idyllic rural setting in Belleville, Ontario. The Help Us Open the Doors $5 million capital campaign is being launched to develop a 42-acre site that will be home to up to twenty female residents and staff initially, with a vision to start a twin program for men in the future.

Do you have an adventurous spirit, a call to be a ministry pioneer?

As part of the re-launch of the program on a new campus we are looking for a husband-and-wife team to join us in the relaunch and development of a faith based in-residence discipleship program and campus facilities to help those struggling with addictions and life-controlling problems. As a part of the team her responsibilities would be focused around developing and implementing the discipleship program to women, and day to day activities for the residents in the program. His role will be to help with campus facility and social industry development along with opportunities for teaching and preaching. Together they will be mentors and role models for the residents in the program.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities will be worked out with the successful candidate couple dependant on specific calling and gifting. The organization is relaunching all aspects of its program, so versatility and teamwork will be key. Job specific training opportunities are available.


With a call to this type of ministry work the successful candidates would be a dedicated and mature Christian couple with a desire to serve in family, church, work, and community. Strength of character and reputation, integrity, focused. With a desire to serve the lost and the broken you will be living on-site in a staff home interacting daily with the residents of the program.
