Primary Responsibilities

  • Preparation of working papers for compilation of Notice to Reader, year-end financial statements
  • Government reporting (GST/HST, payroll, WSIB, EHT)
  • Preparation of Personal & Corporate Income Tax returns
  • Providing clerical and administrative support
  • Responding to clientele inquires/requests with added value
  • Other responsibilities and projects as required

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Preference will be given to candidates with working knowledge of QuickBooks, and/or CCH Engagement, Practice Management & Tax Prep

    • Undergo a timed (one-hour/six questions) accounting test
    • Have submitted a written response to the online application questions
  • Compensation Hiring Range: $55,000 - $75,000
    (Commensurate with experience & reviewed annually based on performance)
