For 29 years, The Learning House has been a leader in serving the Canadian homeschool and private school population and we are growing! Do you love serving homeschooling families? Do you have a passion for books and love for the homeschool community or Christian education? Come join us!

Recommended Skills
- Previous experience in homeschool niche
- Previous experience in bookstores or Christian education
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Driver’s license
- First Aid certificate
Regular Tasks
- Assists customers in choosing curriculum
- Accepts, edits, and processes orders over the phone and from website
- Assists walk-in customers with product selection
- Liaises with new and existing customer to ensure orders are accurately assembled
- Picks and prepares orders for shipping
- Processes customer returns
- Assists with reception duties
- Assists with customer and inventory data management
- Lists items on website as assigned by Office Manager
- Any other tasks as assigned by Owner
