HCH serves the Christian community.  HCH has a strong and engaged membership base, a highly committed member-elected Board of Directors and is supported by a large team of faithful volunteers. Together with its medical professionals, care-givers, support personnel, dieticians, administrative staff and clergy, all members of the HCH team are totally committed to the vision and mission of HCH.  Over the years, the scale of the organization has grown significantly.  At The Brampton campus, HCH now accommodates over 800 tenants in six apartment towers, and 280 residents in two fully accredited long term care facilities.  The HCH team includes over 560 full and part-time staff members.
