Richmond Hill (Chinese) Baptist Church

Pastor Hiring for Chinese Speaking Congregation

• Minimum three years of full-time pastoral experience
• Able to lead and equip believers to be spiritual leaders
• Gifts of preaching, outreach, teaching and caring
• Have good interpersonal relationships and being team player
• Master of Divinity degree or equivalent from an accredited evangelical seminary
• Familiar with North American Chinese culture and needs
• Candidates who can speak fluent Cantonese and English, and those who understand Mandarin are preferred
• Identify with the Baptist faith and church governance
• Ability to minister to various age groups in the congregation, passion and experience with young families an asset.
