Position Summary
We seek a passionate and inspiring leader to help guide our organization and make a real difference in our community. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure our clients receive the best care and support, and lead a dedicated team. You will represent our organization, building connections with community partners and promoting our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Vision: Champion the organization’s mission, values, and vision while developing and executing strategic goals.
- Client Care: Ensure compassionate, high-quality care and support services for all clients.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to achieve efficiency and effectiveness, maintaining compliance with legal, financial, and ethical standards.
- Team Development: Build and nurture a dedicated team by fostering professional and spiritual growth, mentoring staff, and ensuring technical proficiency and alignment with organizational values.
- Community Engagement: Serve as the organization’s public representative, fostering a positive reputation and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and the community.
- Governance and Accountability: Collaborate with the Board of Directors, providing regular updates on organizational progress, and supporting their role in leadership evaluation and transition planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably within mission-driven or nonprofit organizations.
- Strong operational management skills, including financial oversight and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Passion for and commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors and engaging with community stakeholders is preferred.
- Aligned with the Sanctity of Human Life statement, Statement of Faith and Core Values, and the Pregnancy Care Canada core documents.
