Ahria Consulting is delighted to partner with Karis Disability Services in their search for a new Director of Human Resources.

This is a Full-Time, Faith-Based Leadership Role, On-site in Waterloo, Ontario.

As the Director of Human Resources, you’ll:

  • Guide and support a dedicated HR team
  • Embed Karis’ Christian ethos into people practices
  • Partner in strategic planning and organizational leadership
  • Build culture, nurture talent, and ensure alignment with Karis’ mission
  • Be part of something bigger, impacting lives across Canada and beyond
