Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support our Senior Project Managers in organizing, tracking, and executing eLearning and corporate training projects. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their project coordination skills in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with tracking project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and timelines
  • Coordinate and participate in stakeholder and internal team meetings, document action items and decisions
  • Support project managers in managing scope, timelines, and change requests
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure updates are shared with relevant team members
  • Prepare presentation decks, client updates, and project status reports
  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively communicate them to the project team
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, resource tracking, and follow-ups
  • Learn and use project management tools such as Wrike (training provided)

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and clear
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to learn and navigate project management software (Wrike or similar)
  • Capable of working independently with guidance and direction
