Position Overview: 

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Closer to join our team and play a pivotal role in converting warm leads into high-value clients. Prospects are scheduled for Zoom consultations—your job is to connect, present, and close. This is a performance-driven role ideal for a confident communicator who thrives on results and understands the creative media landscape. 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Conduct 1-on-1 sales Zoom calls with booked leads. 
  • Present tailored marketing and media solutions based on client needs and goals. 
  • Build rapport and guide prospects through the decision-making process. 
  • Effectively communicate the value and ROI of our services. 
  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals confidently and with integrity. 
  • Maintain relationships and increase sales at existing accounts. 
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing team to ensure client alignment post-sale. 
  • Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and pipeline progression in CRM software. 

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, digital strategy, and creative production. 
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in marketing, creative services, or digital media. 
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals over video or phone. 
  • Self-motivated, consistent, and independent but also enjoys contributing to a passionate team 
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Zoom, CRM, and project management platforms. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently 
  • High integrity and commitment to client success. 
  • Experience selling agency services, branding, content production, or marketing strategy, with a background in consultative or solution-based sales.

Location: 

This is a hybrid, in person, or remote role. Our office is located in Huntsville, ON.
