Renew an Expired Career Posting

Your career posting has expired and it no longer appear on Christian Careers Canada. The position has not been filled and you may wish to renew it. 

How to renew an expired career posting

Step 1: Log in

Log in with your username and password.

Step 2: Navigate to the posting

You can find all your career postings on My Dashboard, or you can click the link in the expiry notification email.

Step 3: Edit the posting

Click the Edit tab at the top of the posting.

Step 4: Choose a new expiry date (important)

Update the Expire this posting after date to a new date in the future.

This is an important step. If a new date is not chosen, the Webteam will not be notified and the career posting will not be renewed.

Step 5: Set to Ready for Approval

Under Change Career Posting Approval state, select Ready for Approval.

Step 6: Save changes

Click Save at the bottom of the post.

An email will be sent to notify the Webteam that your posting is ready for approval. This normally is done the same day, but can take up to five business days. Once it has been approved, you will be notified by email.
