Managing your account (change password or email, or delete account)

To manage your account information, including changing your password or email address, or to delete your account, go to your account page. You can also access the account page by clicking your username in the top right of the header when you are logged in, or the "My account" link on My Dashboard. You must be logged in in order to access your user account.

On your user page, click the "edit" tab under your username at the top.

Change your password

To change your password, enter the old password in the "Current password" field, then enter the new password twice in the "Password" and "Confirm password" fields. At the bottom of the page, click the "Save" button to confirm the change.

Change your email address

You can change the email address associated with the account by entering the new address in the "E-mail Address" field and clicking "Save".

Delete your account

To delete your account, click the "Cancel Account" button at the bottom of your user account page. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to cancel your account; click on "Cancel Account" to continue. Please note that all of the content you have created (careers postings, bookmarks) will be deleted along with your account.

If you would like to delete your account but you cannot remember your login information, please use the Website Feedback form to request help deleting your account.
